"Holy Guacamole"....
Ingredients...
1 1/2 Avocado (smashed)
1/4 Red onion (finely diced)
1 tsp Ground cumin
1 tsp Fresh red chilli (finely diced)
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Fresh coriander (ruffly chopped)
2 tbsp Coconut milk
Celtic sea salt (to taste)
Ground black pepper (to taste)
Ingredients...
Put the in a bowl and mix up!
There You have it! One of my favorite paleo "condiments".
I eat guacamole on everything. Crackers, with my curly fries, and the list goes on!
